SPEAKER REGISTRATION – SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

Speaker Registration & Payment

The deadline for submitting a speaker proposal(s) is Wednesday August 31, 2016. Selected presenters will be notified no later than Friday September 9, 2016.

Discounted Registration Fee: $200
You will not be prompted to pay your speaker registration fee until you have been notified that your proposal has been accepted. If your proposal is accepted, you will be automatically registered for the event and provided instructions on payment through an email. Registration fees must be paid by Friday October 7, 2016.
If you are unable to present, notice of cancellation must be received by Friday October 21, 2016 to receive a full refund, less a $75 service fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Friday October 21, 2016. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
Registration fee includes: Daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks, Lunch on Thursday November 17, Reception on Thursday November 18 evening, and Proceedings.
