Registration fee is $300 for attendees that register by Monday October 17, 2016, thereafter the fee is $375.
Accepted speakers will receive a $100 discount on the registration fee and are automatically registered for participation.
For sponsors and affiliated partners, the registration fee is $200.
The registration fee includes daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch on Thursday November 17, reception on Thursday November 17 evening, and Proceedings.
A confirmation email with the completed registration form and payment information will be sent in 10 days after your registration information is received.
For speakers, payment information will be sent to you upon acceptance of abstract and no later than Monday October 3, 2016.
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company.
Only attendees who have completed registration and have paid fully will be allowed to join the symposium.
To cancel a registration and request a refund, please send a notification to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests received by Friday October 28, 2016 will receive a full refund, less a $75 service fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations received after Friday October 28, 2016. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
