Nitrex Metal Inc. and its sponsors regret to inform you that it has been decided to postpone the 2008 edition of Nitriding Symposium that was scheduled for May 29-30.

In view of current uncertainties and unforeseen personal problems, it has become extremely difficult to obtain confirmations from many speakers and attendees, who had previously confirmed their interest to take part in the event. With the overall quality and content of the event at the center of our attention, the decision to postpone Nitriding Symposium was unavoidable. Likewise for people who had actually planned to attend next month, it would be unfair to keep the event as scheduled, as it would not render the proper value and results one expects from participating in this event.

However, positive comments from 2005 and the numerous contacts that have signed up to receive news about the 2nd edition, strongly confirm the value of Nitriding Symposium.  It’s for this reason that Nitrex Metal remains committed to increasing awareness of nitriding and nitrocarburizing technologies and has decided to reschedule the event for next year when conditions are more favorable.
